2007, August 30 SG Board resolved the following:

• to publish periodical Genealogical publication in size of 50 pages. Two issues are foreseen to publish first year, next year to make publication quarterly.
• to prepare and produce membership card until next members meeting.
• to organize members' meeting and first genealogical lecture on 25 October
• the next meeting SG Boards' was agreed to which was on September 19.

• to clear up about building common office together with Lithuanian Historical Archive

2007, February 24 Congress resolved the following:


 

• listened to reports of  Č. Malevskis, President of Genealogy Society;
• listened to reports of guests; information about current and future projects of Lithuanian State  Historical Archive regarding processing of microfilms and  creating digital date base of metric records  (Cijunskienė Virginija,  Head of department);
• approve SG regulations, structure and programme;
• confirmed SG president Č. Malevskis;
• confirmed new GS Board from 7 members: A. Baskys, V. Botyrius, R. Butautas, S. Gasparaviciene,  C. Malevskis, K. Tracevskis,  J. Maciulis
• three people: T. Chomentauskas, A. Volk, V. Lozovskis were elected and confirmed as Board Overseers;
• 22 new members were accepted to genealogical Society.
